Services not directed to children under 13 (or applicable local age). Personal data not knowingly collected from children except as follows:

For services potentially appealing to children, age-based access restrictions limit features including social media, chat, and notifications when players indicate age under 13. Personal data processing limited to service operation support.

Some services use higher age limits (such as 16) for player safety.

Parent/Guardian Requests: Contact support to review, modify, or delete child data. Upon discovery of unauthorized child data collection, Myöhä deletes collected data (unless legally required) and terminates or reverts the account.

Myöhä does not "sell" personal data traditionally. However, cookie information and advertising identifiers shared with third-party advertising platforms for interest-based advertisements, install attribution, and campaign optimization constitute "sale" under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Opt-out available through targeted advertising instructions above.

No actual knowledge of minor data sales under 16 as defined by CCPA.

Terms of use

Effective Date: June 9th, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Royal Blush mobile game (the “Game”), provided by Myöhä Oy (“Myöhä”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the Privacy Policy above, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, recovery email, and device secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

You may have one guest account per device. Additional accounts may be created on the same device only when an existing account on that device has been linked to a verified recovery email. We may impose other reasonable limits on the number of accounts per device.

3. License to Use the Game

Subject to these Terms, Myöhä grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a compatible device that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not, and you may not allow others to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the Game;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • use bots, automation, modified clients, memory editors, or any other means to gain unfair advantage, automate gameplay, falsify match results, or interfere with the normal operation of the Game;
  • access the Game or its servers other than through the interfaces we provide;
  • use the Game in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases, Gems, and Coins

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (“IAPs”) sold through the Apple App Store. Examples include packs of gems, the Game’s premium virtual currency. The Game also includes coins, a soft virtual currency earned through gameplay.

Consumable purchases. All current IAPs are consumable items. Once consumed (for example, by being credited to your account), the purchase is complete and the items are not refundable by Myöhä.

Refunds. Refunds for IAPs are handled by Apple under the App Store terms in effect at the time of your purchase. We do not control and cannot grant App Store refunds.

No real-world value. Gems, coins, chests, cards, levels, and any other in-game items are licensed to you for in-game use only. They are not your property, have no monetary value outside the Game, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any item of value outside the Game. You may not sell, trade, gift, or transfer them outside the Game.

No gambling. The Game is entertainment software. Any randomized in-game rewards (such as the cards inside a chest) are based on the rules described in-game and produce only in-game items with no real-world cash value. You cannot deposit real money to win real money.

Pricing and availability. Prices, contents, and availability of IAPs and in-game offers may change over time. We may add, modify, remove, or stop offering specific items, packs, levels, or features at any time. Already-consumed purchases are not affected.

Taxes. Prices shown in the App Store include applicable taxes where required.

5. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Game’s settings. Deletion is permanent: progression, in-game items, virtual currency balances, and unconsumed entitlements associated with the account are lost and will not be restored.

You may also sign out of an account on a single device without deleting it. If you have not linked a recovery email, signing out on the only device where the account is in use may make the account unreachable.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Game, defrauded other players or Myöhä, or used the Game in a way that could harm us, other players, or third parties.

6. User Conduct and Community

When using the Game you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or Myöhä;
  • use offensive, hateful, sexual, or illegal content in your player name or any other user-submitted text;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to Myöhä’s systems;
  • use the Game to send spam or advertise unrelated products or services.

We may remove user-submitted content (for example a player name) that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all artwork, audio, code, characters, gameplay, text, and trademarks, is owned by Myöhä Oy and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The license in Section 3 is the entire scope of your rights to the Game.

Any feedback or suggestions you send to us may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

8. Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Myöhä, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.

Your use of the Game must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any other rules in the Apple App Store in effect at the time you use the Game.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the Game; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Myöhä’s responsibility, not Apple’s.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The Game is provided as an evolving online service. We may update the Game, add or remove features, change game rules and balance, or temporarily suspend the Game for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We may also discontinue the Game entirely with reasonable notice where practicable.

If we permanently shut down the Game, we have no obligation to provide refunds for unconsumed gems, coins, or other in-game items beyond what is required by applicable law or by the App Store terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, this section applies to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myöhä, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Myöhä for IAPs in the Game during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myöhä and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence continue to apply.

You may bring claims against Myöhä before the courts of Helsinki, Finland, or before the courts of your country of habitual residence if mandatory consumer protection rules so require.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the Effective Date above and may notify you through the Game or by another reasonable means. Your continued use of the Game after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Myöhä regarding the Game and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
